for the same reason it's illegal to COMMIT suicide. Note that I did not say ';attempt.'; That's right, it's perfectly legal to attempt it, but it's not legal to commit suicide.
i would think it had alot to do with the privacy of the girl and its all a bit strange but thats what makes the world go around i suppose
