What is a parent and daughter cell according to mitosis? ?

i am just doing some exam prep ,


but can't find good defentions for these any whereWhat is a parent and daughter cell according to mitosis? ?
The parent cell is the cell before it divides to form daughter cells.





Daughter cells of the product of the division of the parent cell.





Note that these terms are defined by each other.
