I'm 17 and I already have a tattoo and I was wondering if I need my mom there again when I get another one.. My brother is going to come with me and he is 32..Do I need my parent there when ever I get another tattoo at 17?
The places I've been to will not tattoo you if you're under 18, even with a parent's permission. Or else there would be irresponsible parents out there letting their 12 year olds get tattoos.Do I need my parent there when ever I get another tattoo at 17?
I've never been to a shop that will tattoo a minor, period. With or without a parent present. I got my tongue pierced when I was 16 and needed my mom to be there, and our addresses had to match on our photo id's and her name had to be on my birth certificate before they would come anywhere near me. So your mom will definitely have to be there if you get a tattoo.
Yes your mom needs to be with you. When your 18 you don't need anybody to go with you.
In some places you can have like 16 and older but I personally think it's not a good idea to go to those places maybe they dont do their job well, but in most places you need to have 18 or more to do a tattoo legally. :D
