In Tennessee when a new corp. is created there is no place to put the parent company.How is a subsidiary linked to it's parent company.?
Usually subsidiaries are partially or wholly owned by their parent companies. I would contact your Secretary of State's office to ask specific questions regarding the subsidiary/parent relationship.
