What is ur favorite thing about being a parent?

I love being a mommy. its so rewarding. im just curious and would love to hear stories from anyone willing to share. What is ur favorite thing about being a parent?
WHERE DO I START????

Gordon, 7, is the fastest land animal at his school- including staff! If he were caught running thought the school zones, he'd get ticketed. He keeps asking to race me but I'm too afraid he'll win! He was recently awarded student of the week! Minnie, 5, has the most beautiful singing voice (to me anyway). She makes up songs about the silliest things- cows eating rainbows, little houses fitting in big cars, and the bald spots on my head. She sings in every recital and musical event at school. William, 3, can throw a baseball more than halfway across our back yard, cleans up after himself EVERY time- when he spills he cries ';Uh oh!';, runs for a towel, and chants ';hurry hurry hurry 'fore it gets bigger';, and does an excellent ';dad'; impersonation.

They all are bright, humorous, talented, beautiful, and mature. They are the most joyous little people to be around and it is a pure honor to be their father. Every single day they all give me something to be proud of. And if I have anything to do with all of this- THAT is what my favorite thing about being a parent would be!

I love my kids!

AnthonyWhat is ur favorite thing about being a parent?
watching my children grow and learn more and more each day. just seeing the wonder and excitement in their eyes when they are experiencing something new is one of the many joys of being a parent.
Cuddles, kisses, questions, acheivements, buddies, wonder, being the 'monster chaser', commitment, little hands, little feet, trusting eyes, all the mushy stuff.
I LOVE WAKING UP EVERY MORNING AND SEEING MY BABY GIRL. SHE IS SO AWESOME. I LOVE HER QUESTIONS. I LOVE WATCHING HER GROW AND SHE IS VERY INTELLIGENT. BEING A MOTHER IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME.
You get to know how to forget and forgive from the kids.
I love hearing their laugh, it just makes you smile! Its so sweet. I love seeing them learn new things, it makes you so proud. And i love being needed by them. It makes me feel special that they need me and i know they love me back. being a parent is a very cool thing.
Hearing their laughter
when you were a kid you also wanted your parents to listen and reward you... sometime you would not understand why they reject you... you might think they are mean or something... but now that you are a mother.. i think you will know better than anyone whats the best for your kids.. just like what your parents have gaven to you... its also great to see kids growing... each and every phase is always so full of memories... and no matter how grown up the kids are.. they are always ';mummy's best boy/girl';
When my son laughs, when we play, when i tell him i love him and he tells me ';i love you too much';. Being a mother is the greatest thing in the world.
Being a parent gives me a sort of reward every time they achieve something. My children follow my advice in to- to.I HAVE GIVEN THEM A GURU MANTRA---after achieving a grade, think of getting a higher grade and go after how to achieve it.And not to bask under the glory of the latest achievement.

The real thing of achievement is however the Grace of the Gurus and their sermons.Follow good ethics other things are just coming after you. You can watch it by following your own GOD'S teachings.I follow Sikh, religion,a few graceful points are like this.

In Sikhism ethics and religion go together. The inculcation of moral qualities and the practice of virtue in everyday life is a vital step towards spiritual development.Qualities like honesty compassion, generosity, patience, humility extra can be built up only by effort perseverance. The lives of the gurus show how they lived their lives according to their code of ethics.

The Sikh Religion rejects all rituals and routine practices like fasting and pilgrimage, omens and austerities. The goal of of human life to merge with GOD a is accomplished by following the teachings of the Guru,by meditation on the Holy Name and performance of acts of service and charity.
oh wow what a ?! where to begin.. I love everything about being a Mommy but thats everyones answer right. um if I had to pick my faves I would say the way my lil boy runs to me when he is tired and wants to be cuddled or just held and the cute out of the blue thing that he does or watching him do something for the first time. Its all so wonderful I wouldn't trade anything in the world for it; But i do have to say that my all time favorite thing is seeing him and his daddy curled up together and/or playing together just watching them is so sweet it sometimes brings tears to my eyes. Yeah I love being mommy!!
my daughter pointed out a rainbow a week ago.. I never would have noticed... I'm smiling thinking about it right now..
i love my kids dearly and i am their role model. i love teaching them things and doing things with them. we learn from each other and its great.

watching them grow up and learn everyday

painting/ drawing

playing games

going out and being a family

hugs and kisses

unconditional love for each other

spending time with them each on their own

the way they interact with others

teaching them to count and learn numbers and colours

its never ending. we are always learning things everyday. no-one ever stops learning, even as parents we are learning each and every day
seeing my son smile, and watching him learn new things.
The unconditional love the children have for you
i love all my hugs and kisses. you can have the worse day in the world and they can tell and give hugs and kisses to make it better. or you can be so mad at them for doing something and give hugs and kisses and get out of trouble

i'm doomed

hugs and kisses here
My children are always there for me. My children are all adults now and life gave me some pretty hard blows by divorce. No matter what is happening I can call and hear them tell me how much I mean to them....even when I feel like I mean nothing to no one. I love my kids.
seeing my children laugh and happy. receiving hugs just because they want to give it to you and to here them say i love you is the best thing a mother can go through everyday for the rest of her life.
All the hugs and kisses
HAVING SOMEONE TO BE THERE FOR ME AND VICE VERSA...I LIKE TO DOTE ON HIM!
The sound of laughter from your child is like no other sound, It is awesome !
