What kind of insurance are you referring to? medical, dental, eye care, car, life...What is the law for non-custodial parent providing insurance even if the child doesn't live in the country?
Depends on the state in which you live and the legal agreement for custody that you agreed to. If it doesn't spell it out, you probably don't have to pay for it.
