Do you have to take your parent or gaurdian if you go check your self at a clinic for pregnancy?

Alright my girlfriend/wife we have a daughter already but my question is if your still under 18 does your parent have to go with you to go get checked for pregnancy or can I just take her?Do you have to take your parent or gaurdian if you go check your self at a clinic for pregnancy?
