Can a parent legally disinherit his children when they are still minors?

Absolutely. Its called Abortion. Can a parent legally disinherit his children when they are still minors?
If by disinherit you mean write a will and leave nothing to minor children, then yes. In many states, you cannot disinherit a spouse without the spouse's written agreement, but you are not required to leave anything to your children, minor or adult. Can a parent legally disinherit his children when they are still minors?
Gee I do NOT know. You may want to contact an attorney to see if their is a Law against that...How terrible. I am sure the first consultation is free.
Yes, but children can sue in probate court and have a judge decide.
From their will? They could but I don't think any court would allow it to stand.
