I wouldn't do anything. They'll get into trouble from school anyway. It should be no concern of another parent what another child is wearing to school. Yes, it may be unfair on your child, but also every other child is the same too. If no other parent is fussing over it, it can't be much of a big deal. It's just the one person being disobedient.
